An off-site meeting was held at Bukhara State University with the participation of Akmal Saidov, Chairman of the Coordination Council for the Development of Legal Sciences in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Murodjon Turg‘unov, Director of the Institute of State and Law.
The organization of this prestigious event at the university became a significant milestone in the scientific and legal life of the country. The meeting, led by Academician Akmal Saidov, was recognized as an important strategic step toward integrating theory and practice in the field of legal sciences and enhancing scientific capacity in the regions.
During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the priority objectives of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy, especially the constitutional foundations for the protection of human rights and the implementation of the fifth phase of the World Programme for Human Rights Education.
The academic dialogue held within the university environment resulted in the development of important recommendations aimed at ensuring the right to education in accordance with international standards and improving the quality of research in this field.
Such close cooperation between leading scientific centers in the capital and regional higher education institutions serves as a valuable platform for young researchers and doctoral students, enabling them to develop their research in line with international standards and present it within academic circles.
