Attention to graduates of Bukhara State University who completed their studies under the State Grant in the 2023/2024 academic year and earlier!
In accordance with the Regulation "On the Procedure for Targeted Training of Personnel under the State Grant", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 6, 2005 (Registration No. 1506), diplomas for graduates who studied under the State Grant are issued in accordance with the established procedure.
To receive a diploma, a graduate must submit a document confirming that they have worked for at least three (3) years based on the official employment assignment issued after graduation.
For this purpose, an extract from the electronic employment record obtained through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (my.gov.uz) must be submitted to the Employment and Career Department of Bukhara State University.
If a graduate changes their place of employment for any reason, the Employment and Career Department of Bukhara State University will issue a new employment assignment in accordance with the established procedure.
According to Presidential Decree No. PF-81 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2024, starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, state educational grants are awarded for one academic year only. Therefore, students admitted under the State Grant beginning with the 2024/2025 academic year are no longer required to complete the mandatory three-year employment period after graduation.
