In New Uzbekistan, placing people at the center of development, empowering young people, and expanding access to inclusive education have become key priorities of state policy. The inspiring words of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “You will never be less than anyone else,” continue to find meaningful expression in the lives of thousands of young citizens.

During the Youth Day celebrations, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited a special exhibition held at the Olympic Town, where he met with active, talented, and ambitious young people from across the country. Among them was Chinora Gulomova, a resident of Vobkent district, Bukhara region, whose remarkable story drew the attention of the Head of State.

Despite living with a physical disability, Chinora has demonstrated extraordinary determination and social responsibility through her "Study and Grow" initiative, providing educational support to children receiving home-based education. Her dedication to serving society, inspiring others, and promoting equal access to education was highly commended by the President, who instructed that she be awarded the prestigious "Kelajak Bunyodkori" ("Builder of the Future") Medal.

As a continuation of this recognition, Chinora Gulomova was presented with a special certificate granting her the opportunity to pursue higher education at Bukhara State University on a full state scholarship during the official Youth Day celebrations held in the city of Bukhara.

Chinora will now begin her academic journey at Bukhara State University, enrolling in the Psychology program under a full government-funded scholarship.

Her achievement is far more than the fulfillment of a personal dream. It stands as a powerful testament to the opportunities created in New Uzbekistan, where perseverance, talent, and a commitment to learning are recognized and supported regardless of circumstances. Chinora's inspiring journey proves that determination, courage, and dedication to education can overcome any obstacle.
