The Rector provides overall leadership of the university in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and the Charter of the University. The Rector ensures the effective management of the university's educational, scientific, spiritual and educational, financial, economic, and international cooperation activities.
The primary objective of the Rector is to ensure the sustainable development of the university, improve the quality of education and research, implement modern management practices, expand international cooperation, and create the necessary conditions for educating highly qualified and competitive professionals.
