a) Educational-Methodical Complexes (EMC)

• 5% of the base salary for each complex developed in Uzbek or Russian (or for foreign language specialists).
• 10% of the base salary for each complex developed in a foreign language (for non-language specialists).
• Maximum supplement: 15% of the base salary per month.

b) Development of New Educational Products

• 10% of the base salary for each product in Uzbek or Russian.
• 20% of the base salary for each product in a foreign language.
• Maximum supplement: 30% of the base salary per month.

c) Membership in Qualification or Admission Commissions

• 5% of the base salary per month.
• Maximum supplement: 15% of the base salary per month.

d) Lectures at Internationally Ranked Universities

• 15% of the base salary per lecture delivered online or offline.

d1) Scientific-Technical Council Membership

• 15% of the base salary per participation.
• Combined maximum under (d) and (d1): 30% per month.

e) Membership in Foreign Scientific Councils

• 30% of the base salary.
• Maximum supplement: 30% per month.

f) Publications in Scientific Journals

g) Practical Application of Research Results

• 15% of the base salary.
• Maximum supplement: 15% per month.

h) Patents for Inventions and Utility Models

• Patent for an Invention: Up to 20% per author.
• Patent for a Utility Model: Up to 15% per author.
• Maximum supplement: 30% per month.

i) Editorial Board Membership

• Local journals: Up to 15% of the base salary.
• Foreign journals: Up to 30% of the base salary.
• Maximum supplement: 30% per month.
