The “Open Day” and “Career Day – 2026” events were held at the Universal Sports Complex of Bukhara State University in cooperation with public higher education institutions of the Bukhara region.

The event brought together young people, prospective applicants, graduating school students, university students, graduates, job seekers, as well as representatives of employer organizations.

The event was opened by the Governor of the Bukhara region, Botir Zaripov, who extended his sincere wishes to the youth and expressed confidence in their future academic and professional success.

During the event, participants were provided with comprehensive information about academic programs and specialties, admission procedures for the upcoming academic year, quotas and study formats, as well as the modern infrastructure and opportunities available at universities. Open discussions were also held with faculty members, specialists, and administrative staff.

As part of “Career Day – 2026,” meetings were organized with representatives of various organizations and enterprises, where participants received information about job vacancies, internship, and traineeship opportunities. They were also provided with guidance on labor market requirements, modern professions, and in-demand specialties.

The event served as an important platform for guiding young people in choosing the right career path, expanding their understanding of higher education and future professional opportunities, facilitating graduate employment, and strengthening effective cooperation with employers.
