Information about the department
The Department of "Electronics and Technology" was established in 1977 under the name of general technical disciplines. During this period, the department in different years was led by the Professor J.R. Ramezov, associate professor B.I. Nizomov, associate professor N.Kh. Khalikov, Associate Professor I.G. Karimov, Senior Lecturer N.R. Rakhmatullaeva, Associate Professor I.I. Rakhmatov and made a worthy contribution to increasing the scientific and pedagogical potential and strengthening the material and technical base. In 2011, the department was headed by Associate Professor Juraev Kh.O, in 2016 by Associate Professor Kulieva Sh.Kh, in 2020 by Associate Professor Juraev A.R, and since 2021 by Associate Professor Murtazoev A.N.
The teaching staff of the department is in close cooperation with the Physical-Technical Institute, the association "Physics-Sun" of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Scientific Research
I nstitute of Materials Science, Pedagogical Institute. Corey Niyozi, Tashkent State Pedagogical University named Nizomi, Karshi State University, Termez State University, Urgench State University, Nukus State Pedagogical Institute and Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, as well as they provide educational and methodological assistance to technology teachers of secondary schools No. 4, 23, 35, 38 of the city of Bukhara, where pedagogical practice is carried out students.
Directions and specialties of the department:
The department prepares bachelor's personnel in the direction 5112100-Technological education. To date, 302 students are studying at the undergraduate level, 1 basic doctoral student is engaged in research work. From the 2022-2023 academic year, the department has created a 4-year full-time education in the specialty 60711200- Electronics and instrumentation. 25 students study in this direction.
A the Department of "Electronics and Technology" 12 professors and teachers are engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities. In addition to the publication of research and educational publications during his teaching career, the scientific idea of the professor of the department H.O. Dzhuraev "Creating a prototype of an educational platform in physics based on digital technologies" became the winner of the "Future Scientist" competition of the Youth Academy under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic Uzbekistan and was encouraged with a cash prize of 100 million soums. Under the guidance of Professor Kh.O. Dzhuraev, Ph.D. students Khazratov Fazliddin Khikmatovich and Toychiev Olimjon Alijonovich defended their dissertations. To date, more than 100 scientific and methodological works of the young scientist have been published.
The head of the department A.N. Murtazoev published several scientific and educational publications for his teaching activities and was approved by the Agency for Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Law “On Inventions, Utility Models and Industrial Designs” received a patent for the model "Bunk plow with a modernized deepening device". He published 2 textbooks, 2 teaching aids and 1 monograph. There are 20 articles in scientific journals registered by the International and Republican Higher Attestation Commission, including 2 scopus and 40 theses at international and republican conferences.
During his teaching career, associate professors of the department Uzokov O.Kh., Kulieva Sh.Kh., Saifullaeva D.A., Rasulova Z.D., Karimova M.N. having published their educational and methodical, research works, they make a tangible contribution to the development of the department. In addition, 1 senior teacher Mukhidova O.N. and 5 teachers Toshev Yu.N., Kakharov S., Akhtamov B.R., Mirzhanova N.N., Akobirova M.B. work at the department.
