History of the department.
Organization of educational and spiritual enlightenment work in the field of education, the idea of national independence, the foundations of law and spirituality, established in the 2001-2002 academic year, in accordance with the requirements of modern education In November 2005, the department of "The idea of national independence, the foundations of law and spirituality" was established.
From November 1, 2005 to November 2008, the department was headed by Dots.Raupov S.S. From November 2008 to November 2011 Ph.D., Associate Professor NNTeshaev, from November 2011 to March 2014 Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor OS Ochilov, from March 2014 to June 2019, Associate Professor SSRaupov Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor F.D. Muzaffarov.
National ideology; The Department of Spirituality and Legal Education currently has 24 professors and teachers. Spirituality, Family Spirituality, Civil and Family Law, Constitutional Law, Spirituality, Professional Spirituality, History and Theory of National Ideology, Methodology of Spiritual Enlightenment, National Idea more than 30 disciplines and courses such as advocacy technologies, political science, access to social work, social history, social policy, ethical principles of social work are taught. There are standard and working programs of the taught disciplines, educational-methodical complexes are prepared from the disciplines.
The department has business agreements with a number of organizations. They are studying the problems of increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational propaganda.
The members of the department are in constant contact with the regional departments of spirituality, neighborhoods, high schools and academic lyceums. Scientific findings to increase the effectiveness of legal, spiritual, educational and ideological advocacy are being implemented through activities with the region's youth, students and the general public.
A branch of the department was opened on the basis of a cooperation agreement with the Bukhara Law College. These cooperation agreements explore the effectiveness of spiritual, legal and ideological education. On this basis, the educational program "The idea of national independence, the foundations of spirituality and legal education" is fully integrated with educational institutions in the region. Teachers of the department organize master classes in secondary schools of Kagan, Vobkent and Shofirkan districts of the region.
The results of research conducted at the department are constantly used in the educational process, ie in lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, course work, BMI, as well as in qualifying practice and pedagogical practice. .

Working with gifted students. The department has two directions: "Young Lawyer" and "Young Sociologist". At the beginning of each academic year, these clubs find and select talented students and involve them in research work. Leading associate professors of the department provide practical assistance in attracting members of this scientific circle to research work. Talented students of the department participate in science Olympiads and scientific-theoretical conferences organized at the national, regional and university levels, and their articles are published in the collections of these conferences.
