Oblokulov Azizbek Bahodirovich-15.08.1983 was born in Gijduvan district of Bukhara region. 2004 y. He graduated from Bukhara State University with a degree in economics and banking. He is currently the Deputy Head of the Bukhara Regional Department of the Agrobank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank.
