A government employee will never call you via Telegram and WhatsApp. Recently, fraudsters may try to deceive you through these messengers. They introduce themselves as a bank employee, police or other official and may ask for your personal information.

If you get this error or message, do the following:

  • Never give out your personal information, SMS codes or bank passwords.

  • Do not install unknown and untrusted APK files on your phone.

  • Don't rush into online investment or trading offers and don't accept them without checking.

  • Ignore any suspicious message or message immediately and, if necessary, get information from official sources.
