 BUKHARA STATE UNIVERSITY

 MILITARY EDUCATION FACULTY EDUCATION.

 In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 9, 2018 No. 809, the Joint Resolution of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 23, 2017 No. 36/25  In accordance with the curriculum, training programs, annual and monthly work plans, officers and teachers of the faculty are working to train reserve officers in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 The teaching staff of this subject is taught in only 3 military faculties of higher education institutions in the country:

 Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami;

 At Bukhara State University;

 Prepared at Fergana State University.

 

 1. A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FACULTY OF MILITARY EDUCATION

 The Military Department of Bukhara State University was established and launched by a joint order of the Ministries of Defense and Education of the former Soviet Union dated July 15, 1980, No. 267/989/159/172.  The first graduation ceremony for the 100 reserve officers took place in 1984.

 After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1991, our first President I.A.  According to Karimov's decree, the military department began its work at Bukhara State University.

 Since the independence of our country, more than 2,500 qualified personnel in the field of "Pre-service military education" have been trained at the military faculty.

 On the basis of the joint order of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 2/193 of August 11, 2004, the order of the rector of Bukhara State University No. 204-U of August 5, 2005  separated from the faculty and it was called Pre-Conscription Military Education.  The faculty has organized General Military Training Cycles, Special Training Cycles and Methodological Training Cycles.

 In 2010, the faculty opened a master's program.  He was initially admitted to six students.  Currently, there are four masters working in the faculty.

 Today at the military faculty in accordance with the requirements of the Directive of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 15, 2012 No 21/1/1294 in the state №25 / 020-51 on the basis of 2 contracts servicemen, 21 reserve officers, teachers and  support staff is working.  Of these, 6 have senior teachers and 4 have master's degrees.

 Preparing young people to serve in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a national task.  Therefore, the goal of the military department is relevant.  It is known that in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", "National Training Program" and "On General Conscription and Military Service" in academic lyceums and professional colleges  The teaching of the subject "Primary preparation before the call" to young people is included in the education system.  The Faculty of Military Education of Bukhara State University has provided qualified specialists in this field.

 In order to create a healthy environment for students, to spend their free time meaningfully and to organize regular sports, a gym has been established and equipped with modern sports trainers.  The DK-440 photoelectronic shooting simulator room has also been set up to develop students' knowledge and skills in using and practicing the weapons available in our Armed Forces.

 The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 23, 2017 No. 36/25  The faculty methodical room at the Faculty of Military Education is modernly equipped to popularize, generalize, improve their pedagogical skills.

 After moving to the newly renovated academic building in February 2021, a language room for 22 students was set up and modern computers were installed for students to learn foreign languages.  In addition, during the academic year, the General Military Training Cycle, Methodological Training Cycle and Special Training Cycles include "Shooting Training", "Technical Training", "Pre-Conscription Preliminary Training", "Civil Defense" and "Military Topography".  ”Have been renovated and equipped with science-appropriate stands and teaching materials.

 According to the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 21, 2015 No 758, the military department of Bukhara State University on the results of the 2014/15 and 2015/16 academic years  or military department ”and was awarded the portable prize“ Amir Temur on horseback ”and a diploma.

 The military faculty of Bukhara State University is responsible for:

 Training of qualified reserve officers for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

 Training of highly qualified teachers for the bachelor's degree in "Pre-service military education".

 2. OUR ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE FACULTY

 

 1. Moved to a new school building in February 2021.  We had a row area, a student canteen, a barricade, and a large auditorium.

 2. December 29, 2020 PhD at Samarkand State University.  03 / 30.01.2020.  Uzakov Asliddin Mexriddinovich, Head of the Special Training Cycle at the Scientific Council No. Ped.02.03.  He received his PhD in History of Pedagogy.

 3. Junaydullayev Mels Asliddin oglu Navoi, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Military Education, was awarded the Navoi Scholarship.

 4. Head of the Faculty of Military Education, Lieutenant Colonel Babayev Alamirza Tulamirzaevich was awarded the badge "For Exemplary Services of II degree" by the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 2, 2020 No 736  .

 5. Sherzod Nazarbayevich Abdurahmanov, the head of the Methodological Training Cycle - Senior Lecturer, was awarded the Certificate of Honor by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan for his meritorious work.

 Education Cooperation:

 Cooperation has been established between the secondary school No. 2 in Bukhara, the secondary school No. 3 and IDUM No. 42.

 The Military Department of the Bukhara Pedagogical Institute named after S. Orjonikidze was established in 1980, the first Inter-Union Conference was organized in 1983 and the military department was rated "good".

 1984 Commander of the Land Forces of the former Soviet Union.  "Hero of the Soviet Union" Colonel-General Naumenko Y.A.  came to the department and conducted a general examination and received a grade of "Good".

 Rajab Boymurodov, who graduated in 1984, received a Lenin Scholarship at the time and won a number of science Olympiads.

 In 1987, an inter-republican seminar-meeting was held and Lt. Col. Andenyuk V.A., Lieutenant Colonel Siderenko AI, Major Artyukhov N.I., Major Levit V.G.  Major Alexin N.P., Major Karnaruk V.T., Major Fomin V.B.  were awarded.

 In 1988, Captain Yakushev A.V.  and Captain Kulchikovsky N.A. was awarded the Order of the Red Star by the Presidium of the Supreme Alliance.

 In 1990, on the 60th anniversary of the Bukhara Pedagogical Institute, the Military Department was visited by the Minister of Public Education of Uzbekistan, Comrade Yusupov, who got acquainted with the location and educational process of the military department.

 In 1992, on the occasion of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the former Union was transferred from the Ministry of Defense to the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan and renamed the Military Department of Bukhara State University.

 In 1999-2000, Feruz Ibragimov participated in the Uzbek Taekwondo Championship and won in his weight category.

 In 2000-2002, Rakhimov Ravshan became the Republican champion of Uzbekistan in sambo.  Master of Sports.

 In 2002, the Military Department Sharipov Shavkat won the Athletics Relay at the Universiade in Samarkand.

 In 2002, Aminov Hamza became the Universiade champion in basketball at the Universiade.

 At the 2004 Universiade, Atoev Jahongir, a fourth-year student at the Military Department, won the Ju-Do championship.

 In 2004, Jumayev Farkhod won the weightlifting championship at the Universiade in Samarkand.

 2005 In accordance with the joint order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Defense No. 12/230 of August 11, 2004 and the order of the rector of Bukhara State University No. 204-U of August 5, 2005  On the basis of the Military Department was renamed the Military Faculty (on the basis of the department) and organized.

 In 2005, Nasriev Otabek, a third-year student of the Military Department, became the champion of Uzbekistan in kickboxing.

 In 2009, Muhammad Haydarov, a fourth-year student at the Military Faculty, took third place in Taekwondo.

 In 2009, Kamolov Nuriddin won the championship in his weight category at the Championship of Uzbekistan on hand-to-hand combat.

 On June 24, 2010, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Higher Attestation Commission awarded the title of "Associate Professor" to the teacher of the Military Faculty, Lieutenant Colonel Rayimov Shukrullo Karimovich.

 At the 2011 Universiade-2011, Saidov Sokhib, a third-year military student, took third place in the Soxib running competition.

 In 2011, he won the Uzbek Hand-to-Hand Martial Arts Championship and the title of Master.  In 2013, he participated in a regional tournament in Taekwondo ITF among youth under the motto "May our independence last forever" and was awarded a diploma of 1st degree.

 In 2012, a fourth-year student of the Military Faculty Ismailov Nozim won the championship in Uzbekistan in judo.

 At the 2013 Universiade-2013, Nazarov Nurbek, a third-year military student, competed in volleyball and won the team event.

 In 2013, the third-year student of the Military Faculty Djoraev Umid became the champion of Uzbekistan in the weight category "Taekwondo".

 Turaev Farhod, a second-year student who won an essay on "How Do You Understand Religious Extremism" in 2014, has published two books of poetry.

 In 2014, Kenjaev Behruz, a second-year student of the Military Faculty, won the competition "Young Entrepreneur Helps the People" and won a prize of 20,000,000 soums.

 In 2014, Yodgorov Murad became the champion of Uzbekistan in his weight category in taekwondo among youth.  He is currently a 4th year student.

 In the 2015 competition among universities, Parmonov Husniddin won the competition in non-specialist sciences.  (The winner of the 2010 Armwrestling Competition became the World Champion).  Parmanov Husniddin Isomiddin oglu is an 8-time champion of Uzbekistan in arm wrestling, 4-time silver medalist, 5-time bronze medalist, and took 5th place at the World Championship in Kazakhstan in 2011-12.  In 2001 he was awarded the title of Master of Sports by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.  He is currently a 3rd year student at the Military Faculty

 3. OUR ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS.

 Achievements of Junaydullaev Mels Asliddin oglu, a student of the Faculty of Military Education, in the framework of the teacher-student system:

 In honor of the 100th anniversary of the famous statesman and writer Sharof Rashidov, held in 2017 at Bukhara State University on the theme "Pride of our nation, creativity and friendship of peoples" at the university stage of the essay contest "Pride of our nation"  He was awarded the "Certificate of Honor".

 In the university stage of the Republican competition "Student of the Year 2018" in 2018, he won 1st place in the nomination "The most active entrepreneur of the year" and was awarded a "Certificate of Merit".

 In 2018, he won an honorary 1st place in the university stage of the essay competition “How do I understand the threat of religious extremism and terrorism” and was awarded a “Diploma”.

 In 2018, he won the 2nd place in the university stage of the Republican competition of articles among students on "Youth of Uzbekistan against destructive ideas."

 In 2018, he took an active part in the second stage of the competition "The best essay" and "The best essay" among students on the topic "Trafficking in human beings is a serious crime" entitled "We are against human trafficking."  ”Was awarded.

 In 2019, at the university stage of the competition "We are against corruption" held at Bukhara State University, he won first place in the nomination "Best Article" and was awarded a diploma.

 In 2019, he was awarded a diploma of III degree in the nomination "Best Article" at the republican stage of the competition among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "We are against corruption."

 In the university stage of the Republican competition "Student of the Year 2019" in 2019, he won 3rd place in the nomination "The most active entrepreneur-student of the year."

 The head of the Faculty of Military Education, Lieutenant Colonel Baboev Alamirzo Tulamirzaevich, published a textbook in 2019 on the subject "Fundamentals of pre-service military education" with the seal of Higher Education.

 Major Abdullaev Yulchi Ziyaevich, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Military Education for Youth Affairs, published a manual in 2019 entitled "Methods of military patriotism and spiritual and moral education in the military unit."

 Major Abdullaev Yulchi Ziyaevich, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Military Education for Youth Affairs, took the 3rd place in the competition "The best methodical manual" held at the University.

 In 2021, Major Abdullaev Yulchi Ziyaevich, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Military Education for Youth Affairs, published a textbook entitled “Fundamentals of Military Patriotic Education”.

 In 2021, Nurullaev Laziz Latipovich, a teacher of the Special Training Cycle of the Faculty of Military Education, published a textbook entitled "Fundamentals of Military Legislation."

 In 2021, Mamurov Ulugbek Ibragimovich, a teacher of the Methodological Training Cycle of the Faculty of Military Education, published a textbook entitled "Theory of Military Patriotic Education."

 In 2021, Rakhimov Farrukh Boltaevich, Senior Lecturer of the Special Training Cycle of the Faculty of Military Education, published a textbook entitled "Information and Communication Technologies in Primary Preparation for Conscription."
 

 4. ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE FACULTY IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS

 In 2017, the student Kobilov Zafar Akmalovich took first place in Tashkent in freestyle wrestling and became the champion of Uzbekistan, student Ziyodullaev Dilshod Khairullaevich in sambo in Tashkent  Hazratov Shohjahon, a student of Uzbekistan, took the 1st place in the championship and became the champion of Uzbekistan. He took the 1st place in Tashkent in judo.

 In 2019, the student Ziyodullaev Dilshod Khairullaevich took the 1st place in Sambo in Limassol, Cyprus and became the champion of the international tournament.  Gafurov Husniddin Ahror oglu, a student of the International Tournament, won the 1st place in Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan.  Gafurov Husniddin Ahror ogli, the champion of the international tournament, took the 1st place in the championship of Uzbekistan on national wrestling in Tashkent.  student Hamidov Temur Olmaszoda won the 2nd place in the Cup of Uzbekistan among youth, teenagers and adults, student Ziyodullaev Dilshod Khairullaevich Sambo was held in Germany  The champion who took part in the championship and won the 1st place in his weight class  Student Saidov Olimkhon Bahodir oglu became a champion in judo in Tajikistan, taking 3rd place in his weight class.

 The Jiu-Jitsu Federation competed for the victory in Khorezm on January 10-12, 2020 among more than 450 selected athletes from 12 regions of the country.  In this competition, Aziz Tokhirov in the weight category of 65 kg among men won the honorary 1st place in Jiu-Jitsu.
