About the faculty of pedagogical education
In order to ensure the implementation of the order of the rector of Bukhara State University No. 236-U dated April 2, 2018 and the decision of the 6th meeting of the university council dated March 1, 2018, as well as to optimize the structures of the faculties and departments of the university, the pedagogical faculty was divided into two, were created faculties "Pedagogy" and "Preschool and primary education". On the basis of the department "Methods of Primary and Preschool Education", the departments "Preschool Education" and "Primary Education" were created and attached to the Faculty "Preschool and Primary Education". By order of the rector of the Bukhara State University dated May 17, 2019 No. 476-U, the departments of Theory of Primary Education and Methods of Primary Education were created on the basis of the Department of Primary Education.
At present, the faculty operates under the name "Pedagogical Education".
From April 6, 2018 to January 2020, the faculty was headed by Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Umarov Bakhshillo Zhoraevich, and from February 24, 2020 to the present, the professor of Bukhara State University, Doctor of Philology (Ph.D.) Kakhramon Rakhimboevich Tukhsanov manages.
Currently, the faculty has four departments "Preschool Education", "Theory of Primary Education", "Methods of Primary Education" and "Pedagogy". The faculty has 118 professors teaching 2152 students. Of these, three are doctors of science, professors, 25 candidates of science, associate professors, 12 senior teachers, 68 teachers. The scientific potential is 36%.

Faculty achievements:
In the 2020-2021 academic year, professors and teachers of the faculty published 157 international articles, 141 articles were published in journals controlled by the UAC, the number of citations of articles is 2463. The number of monographs is 42, the number of copyright certificates is 15, the number of published textbooks is 25, the number of teaching aids - thirty.
The Faculty of Pedagogical Education constantly cooperates with foreign universities and professors. As a practical expression of these contacts, three foreign professors conducted online classes with Russian groups at the faculty. In addition, 133 students of the faculty participated in scientific or educational projects (foreign, joint) at international conferences and seminars, and professors participated in scientific or educational projects (foreign, joint) at international conferences and seminars - a total of 110 teachers.
The team organized three conferences. In particular, the Department of Methodology of Primary Education organized one international and two republican conferences "Modern trends and factors in the development of the use of digital technologies in primary education" (international conference) and the Department of Theory of Primary Education held the initiative "Innovative Cluster of Primary Education and Digital Education: Need, necessity, result” (republican scientific-practical conference).
Much progress has been made in cooperation with schools. For example, branches of faculty departments operate in the 29th secondary school of the city of Bukhara and the 5th secondary school of the Bukhara region, several schools in our region, including the 36th, 50th schools, the 18th school of the Zhondor region, C 46 th school of the Peshkunsky district established cooperation relations.
As a result of these contacts, the Olympiad "KNOWLEDGE COMPETITION" was organized among primary school students, organized by the team of the department of primary education methodology and the department of public education of the Bukhara region. increasing his interest. According to the results of the "Knowledge Exchange" held in the 14th school of the Romitan district, 15 students received money and valuable gifts.
During the academic year, the faculty held 270 spiritual and educational events. Our students actively participated in university, city, regional and republican events. In particular, the 1st year student of the faculty Salohiddinova Malika took 1st place at the university level in the essay competition among students and youth on the topic “Youth against destructive ideas”. With the participation of industry experts at the faculty and the student hostel, round tables were held on topical issues, such as "Prevention and elimination of crime" and "Environmental cleanliness is the key to human health." Faculty students became winners of the final stage of the “Funny and witty” competition "Cup of the Region", which was held in the "ARK" fortress.
