About the “Kelajakka Qadam” Program
“Kelajakka Qadam” is a comprehensive program being implemented by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with a number of partner organizations, with the aim of supporting the employment of graduates and students of higher educational institutions, encouraging their involvement in entrepreneurship, and developing their practical skills.
Who does the program cover?
The program covers not only graduates, but also:
final-year students,
lower-year students.
Through this, it is envisaged that young people will develop practical skills from the early stages, acquire qualifications that meet labor market demands, and be guided toward creating business ideas.
Program areas
The “Kelajakka Qadam” program operates in the following main areas:
Assistance with employment — connecting graduates with enterprises and creating internship and practical training opportunities.
Support for entrepreneurship — helping to develop business ideas, prepare business plans with the assistance of experts, and obtain loans or grants.
Development of practical skills — organizing training sessions, seminars, мастер classes, financial literacy programs, startup culture development, and other activities.
Improving adaptation to the labor market — providing skills in high-demand fields and establishing a mentoring system.
Program objective
The main objective of the program is to ensure the successful entry of young specialists into the labor market, develop their entrepreneurial potential, and prepare personnel who meet the demands of the modern economy.
Through this program, students and graduates:

acquire modern skills,
receive opportunities to implement their business ideas,
increase their chances of obtaining stable employment.
