ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING DIPLOMAS TO GRADUATES WHO COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES UNDER THE STATE SCHOLARSHIP!

Procedure for Receiving the Diploma

Attention graduates who completed their university studies on a state grant in the 2023/2024 academic year and in previous years!

In accordance with the “Regulation On the procedure for targeted training of personnel on the basis of state grants” registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 6, 2005, under number 1506, in order to receive a DIPLOMA, the graduate must provide a copy of their employment history, obtained from the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (https://my.gov.uz/), confirming that they have worked for 3 (three) years based on the assignment.

If the graduate changes their place of work for any reason, a new assignment will be issued by the Bukhara State University Employment and Career Department.

DIPLOMA will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the graduate does not have the required 3 (three) years of work experience as per the assignment;
  • If the required documents mentioned above are not provided.

Exception! According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2024, DP-81, starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, it is stated that students admitted to the bachelor’s and master’s programs, whose state scholarship is allocated for one academic year, are no longer required to work for 3 years after graduation under the education scholarship.
