Olimov Shirinboy Sharofovich was born on October 18, 1971, in the Bukhara district. In 1996, he graduated from Bukhara State University with a degree in "Pedagogy and Methods of Educational Work."
In 2003, he was awarded the badge "Excellent Worker of Secondary Specialized and Vocational Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
