      Kilichev Bayramali Ergashovich was born on April 29, 1971, in the city of Bukhara. From 1988-1993 he studied at the Bukhara State University. From 1993-1996 he was a post-graduate student at the Bukhara State University. Since June 3, 1997, the candidate in philological sciences. Associate Professor since 2004. From 1997-2001 he was the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology for spiritual and educational issues. From 2001-2005, he was the deputy dean for scientific affairs. From 2002-2003, he was the editor-in-chief of the journal "BukhSU scientific information". Since 2004, he has been a member and expert of the Bukhara regional toponymic objects coordination commission. Since 2006, he has been a member of the regional commission for monitoring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the state language" and "On the introduction of the Uzbek alphabet based on Latin script".
      From 2007-2010, he was the head of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics at BukhSU. Head of the Department of Uzbek Philology in 2010-2011. Associate Professor of Uzbek Linguistics Department since 2011. Professor of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics from June 7, 2022.
