In order to more effectively use the existing pilgrimage tourism potential in our country, to present the land of Uzbekistan as one of the important centers of world civilization, to receive high recognition from the world community and international organizations, as well as to diversify pilgrimage tourism services, Bukhara is hosting the "International Pilgrimage Tourism Week" today.
In this regard, within the framework of the implementation of Resolution No. 135 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 26.04.2023, a 35-member delegation from Gunadarma University of Indonesia visited Bukhara State University today, November 29. Before the visit, the delegation members got acquainted with the conditions created at the university and examined examples of students' practical work.
A meeting was held in the large conference hall of Buxu State University with the participation of the delegation members, professors and teachers of our university, students and youth, aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the two universities.
This meeting began with the performance of the national anthems of the two countries, Uzbekistan and Indonesia.
First, a video was shown depicting the stages of development and current appearance of Gunadarma University. Also, Buxu State University Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Rasulov T.H. gave a brief introduction about Bukhara State University in his opening remarks.
During the meeting, a number of professors from Gunadarma University spoke and introduced their scientific research.
At the end of the meeting, souvenirs were exchanged between the two sides.
