Advantages of thickening, thickening and filling polymer compositions:
- a sharp reduction in the consumption of starch used for technical purposes;

- The strength of the yarn increases by 10-15%, which increases the productivity of looms by 1.5-2 times;
-polymer composite solution has a high stability and does not lose its properties for a long time;
- light washing of the ocher from the soaked cloth;
- Due to the high hydrophilic properties of films based on polymer compositions, the humidity in the weaving shops is reduced from 70% to 60%, resulting in improved sanitary and hygienic conditions in the weaving shops;
- The application of the developed filler polymer composition on the sole of the shoe improves its mechanical and operational and elastic ability
Project goal:
Development of local raw materials and energy-efficient high-efficiency polymer composites, thickeners and fillers. Improving the quality and properties of the product, reducing the cost of the product.
The cost-effectiveness of the project is 35-40% reduction of starch when used as a thickener in the weaving of cotton fiber and the printing of flowers on the fabric, provides stability and abrasion while maintaining the ease of the technological process, ensures mechanical strength of fibers, flower clarity in the fabric.
