He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 18.00.01 – Theory and History of Architecture. Restoration and Reconstruction of Architectural Monuments on the topic: “Structure formation, technology, and properties of lightweight concrete based on modified alkaline binders.”

He has published nearly 400 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 1 textbook, 26 copyright certificates and patents, 17 teaching manuals, and more than 350 scientific articles and theses.
