Pulatov Ramazon Negmurodovich was born on June 14, 1984 in Bukhara district of Bukhara region. 2005 y. He graduated from Bukhara State University with a degree in economics, accounting and auditing. He is currently the Deputy Head of the Bukhara Regional Department of the Agrobank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank.
