Employment and Career Department
The Employment and Career Department of Bukhara State University (also referred to as the Employment Center) operates with the aim of ensuring the successful integration of students and graduates into the labor market, preparing them for professional activity, and assisting them in employment.
Main tasks of the department:
Career guidance and counseling: Providing students with consultations on labor legislation, employment processes, resume preparation, and successful interview performance.
Organization of job fairs and “Career Day” events: During these events, students and graduates directly communicate with employers, receive information about available vacancies, and gain opportunities for employment.
Provision of information on job vacancies: Information on job vacancies at the regional and national levels is provided.
Monitoring of graduate employment: Monitoring and analyzing the employment status of graduates and preparing relevant reports.
Organization of seminars and trainings for professional development: With the involvement of leading specialists and experts from various sectors of the economy, students are guided in career orientation and introduced to current and prospective labor market conditions, as well as provided with up-to-date information on specific professions, workplaces, and employers.
Purpose of the department:
The main purpose of the department is to increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market, provide them with modern professional skills, and assist in their employment. Through this, the necessary conditions are created for university graduates to successfully operate in the labor market.
