      In 2002, graduated with honors from Tashkent State University of Economics in the field of International Economic Relations.

      In 2004, graduated with honors from Tashkent State University of Economics with a specialization in International Economic Relations.

      In 2004–2007, continued his professional activity at the Bukhara branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the credit department, holding the positions of first-category specialist, leading specialist, and head of department.

      In 2007, continued his professional activity at the Main Directorate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Bukhara region as a leading specialist of the department for supervision of commercial banks.

      Since 2007, worked as Executive Director of the “Kafolatli Sarmoya” Microcredit Organization in the city of Bukhara.

      Since 2011, continued his professional activity as General Manager of the hotel of the private enterprise “Ziyo-Baxsh” in the city of Bukhara.

      In 2020–2021, continued his professional activity at Bukhara State University as an engineer for work with young specialists in the Department of Order Portfolio Formation and Marketing, as well as a lecturer at the Department of Economics.

      Since 2021 up to the present time, has been working as Head of the Marketing and Career Department of Bukhara State University.

Employment and Career Department

The Employment and Career Department of Bukhara State University (also referred to as the Employment Center) operates with the aim of ensuring the successful integration of students and graduates into the labor market, preparing them for professional activity, and assisting them in employment.

Main tasks of the department:

Career guidance and counseling: Providing students with consultations on labor legislation, employment processes, resume preparation, and successful interview performance.

Organization of job fairs and “Career Day” events: During these events, students and graduates directly communicate with employers, receive information about available vacancies, and gain opportunities for employment.

Provision of information on job vacancies: Information on job vacancies at the regional and national levels is provided.

Monitoring of graduate employment: Monitoring and analyzing the employment status of graduates and preparing relevant reports.

Organization of seminars and trainings for professional development: With the involvement of leading specialists and experts from various sectors of the economy, students are guided in career orientation and introduced to current and prospective labor market conditions, as well as provided with up-to-date information on specific professions, workplaces, and employers.

Purpose of the department:

The main purpose of the department is to increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market, provide them with modern professional skills, and assist in their employment. Through this, the necessary conditions are created for university graduates to successfully operate in the labor market.
