In order to effectively organize educational and research processes, a central library and its structural branch libraries operate at the university. The library infrastructure is equipped with modern information resources and offers the following opportunities:
· Printed and electronic textbooks, учебные пособия, monographs, scientific articles, and journals are available for students and faculty members.
· Users have online access to international scientific databases such as EBSCO.
· Through the electronic library platform, users can access resources remotely, including from outside the university campus.
· The library operates six days a week from 8:00 to 22:00 and provides continuous services throughout the academic year.
These library resources contribute to enhancing the scientific level of the educational process, developing students’ independent research skills, and supporting the scientific activities of teachers.
2. IT Infrastructure and Digital Learning Tools

· Faculty infrastructure – all faculties are equipped with modern computer laboratories, high-speed Wi-Fi networks, printers, and scanners;
· Digital learning platforms – Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online communication platforms such as Moodle, Uniwork, Hemis, and Zoom are actively used in the educational process;
· Distance learning opportunities – online assignments, tests, and learning materials are transmitted between students and teachers through the LMS;

At the university, a system of individual assistance has been established to support students during their studies. This system helps each student effectively continue their academic activities and personal development.
· Academic mentoring – each student is assigned an academic mentor (curator). The mentor monitors the student’s completion of the study plan, assessment results, and development directions, and provides necessary recommendations.
· Consultation hours – during consultation and reception hours established by the departments, students have the opportunity to receive direct answers to their questions from teachers.
· Psychological counseling service – qualified psychological assistance is provided to students regarding stress, adaptation processes, or social issues.
· Open and free services – all support services are available to students and are provided free of charge and on a continuous basis.
This support system contributes to improving students’ well-being, learning motivation, and academic performance.
4. Social and Financial Support
The university has a comprehensive system of social and financial support to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of the educational process for all students, especially those from socially vulnerable categories.
· Financial assistance – special scholarships, financial aid packages, and grant programs are provided for low-income students, orphans, and students with disabilities.
· Accommodation provision – the university implements its dormitory policy taking into account students’ needs, with priority given to socially vulnerable students.
· Health and sports infrastructure – medical points, sports halls, as well as various cultural and creative clubs operate for students.
· Supportive environment – these opportunities contribute not only to the successful continuation of studies but also to students’ development in a healthy and socially active environment.

5. Career Guidance and Career Center Services
The Career Center operating under the university offers a wide range of services aimed at supporting students and graduates in successfully entering the labor market and in their professional development.
· Meetings with employers – Career Day events, fairs, forums, and seminars are regularly organized, providing students with the opportunity to communicate directly with employers.
· Professional preparation training – training sessions are organized on writing resumes and motivation letters, preparing for interviews, and presenting oneself in the labor market.
· Graduate monitoring – statistics on graduates’ employment status and career development are maintained, and this information is used to adapt educational programs to labor market requirements.
The activities of the Career Center serve to ensure that graduates enter the labor market as flexible and competitive specialists.
