Khurramov Ortikjon Kayumovich was born on May 3, 1979 in Bukhara, Uzbek by nationality. In 1996-1997, he began working as a technical dispatcher in the Bukhara regional branch of the Republican service center "Nihol". He graduated from the Bukhara State University with a bachelor's degree in 2001 and a master's degree in 2003 with honors.
In 2003-2009 he worked as a teacher at the Department of Economics and Management of the Navoi State Mining Institute. In 2009-2010 - a teacher at the Department of Economic Education and Tourism of the Bukhara State University, in 2011-2017 - a teacher at the Department of Tourism, in 2017-2019 - a senior lecturer at the Department of Tourism, in 2019-2021. - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics of the Service Sector, from December 31, 2021 to the present, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Marketing and Management.
He is the author of more than 20 educational and methodical works and more than 140 research papers, his scientific articles are published in the journals of the HAC, in the Scopus databases and journals with a high impact factor. h-index is 26, and the total number of citations for published articles is 1489.
Participated in training, internships and training seminars in foreign countries such as Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia, Indonesia.
