Rustamov Shavkat Shukhratovich was born in 1993 in the city of Kagan, Bukhara region. She completed her studies in the field of "Educational Psychology "in 2013-2017, and in the specialty" Psychology " in 2017-2019. Since 2019, he has been working as a teacher of the department.
Until 2017-2019, Sh. Rustamov worked as a psychologist at the Academic Lyceum of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During 2015-2019.A number of Rustamov's scientific articles have been published in national and foreign journals.
Since 2017, he has been working as a technical editor in the scientific journal “Psychology” at OAK mobility.
Since 2018, he has been the technical editor of the international journal of psychologists “Bulletin of Interactive Psychology " of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences.
Sh.Rustamov directs the final qualification work, course work, pedagogical practice of students and scientific work of students on topical issues of science.
Carries out joint activities on the organization of the educational process with general education schools and academic lyceums of the Bukhara region.
Sh.Rustamov has been participating in forensic psychological examinations appointed by regional law enforcement agencies since 2019. Conducts practical work as a specialist psychologist, an expert in the courts of criminal, civil cases, cases studied by the prosecutor's office, internal affairs.
The Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment and its regional branch were awarded “gratitude”for their active participation in organizing and conducting various spiritual and educational events held in the Bukhara region.
Sh.Rustamov created programs of psychological tests for computers in order to introduce modern innovations in the teaching of psychological disciplines and received author's certificates from the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Currently, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Sh. R.Under the guidance of Barotov, he conducts research work on the topic” Features of using mathematical methods in improving the professional competence of school psychologists-practitioners".
As a result of his research, 1 textbook, 1 textbook, 3 monographs, 4 author's certificates, more than 20 articles in international journals, more than 30 articles and abstracts in journals and collections of conferences of the republican level were published.
