Muslimova Shahlo Nasriddinovna was born on August 18, 1197 in Kogon district of Bukhara region. In 2019, he successfully graduated from Bukhara State University with a bachelor's degree in Economics (by industries and sectors). In 2022, he successfully graduated from Bukhara State University with a master's degree in Economics (by branches and sectors). In 2021-2022, he worked for 6 months as an assistant chief accountant in the pre-school education district department of Kogon district, Bukhara region. Since September 2022, he has been working as a teacher at the "Economics" department of Bukhara State University.
