Khairulloyeva Gulasal Faizulloeva was born on May 31, 1994 in Bukhara region, Uzbek nationality. In 2010, she graduated from secondary school No. 28 in Vobkent district. In 2013, she graduated from Vobkent Vocational College of Industry and Transport. She graduated from Bukhara State University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree, and in 2022 with a master's degree.
In the period of 2018-2021, she worked as a teacher at the 28th general secondary school in Vobkent district, and in the period of 2021-2022, she worked as the head of the cabinet at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics and Journalism of the Bukhara State University. From 2022 until now, she has been working as a teacher at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics and Journalism at Bukhara State University. She has a B2 certificate in the Turkish language of the Knowledge Assessment Agency.
