Sharipova Dilbar Gulamovna was born on April 8, 1970 in the city of Bukhara.
In 1987-1988 - Bukhara Pedagogical Institute, librarian. In 1988-1993 she was a student at the Bukhara State University. In 1993 - 1998 - in the city of Bukhara, secondary school No. 4, teacher of Russian language and literature. In 1998 - 2005, the city of Bukhara Vocational School No. 5, teacher. In 2005 - 2018 - Academic Lyceum № 1 at the Bukhara Engineering and Technology Institute, teacher of Russian language and literature. In 2018-2019, the Bukhara school №38 is a teacher of the Russian language and literature. Since 2019, I have been working as a teacher at the Department of Russian Language and Literature at Bukhara State University.
From September 6 to October 29, 2021, he studied at the Regional Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel of the Bukhara State University (MA No. 032115).
