Ubaidullayeva Muattar Orinbekovna was born on April 26, 1997 in the city of Bukhara, Bukhara region, Uzbek nationality. In 2004-2013, he studied at the 8th school in the city of Bukhara, Bukhara region. In 2013-2016, he studied at the College of Economics and Banking, Karakol District, Bukhara Region. In 2016-2020, he studied at the Faculty of Philology of Bukhara State University, majoring in Philology and Language Teaching: English. In 2020-2022, he studied at Bukhara State University, majoring in Linguistics (English). .
In 2022, he started working as a teacher of the Department of English Linguistics at the Faculty of Philology of BukhSU.
