Dear respected mentors, dear students, dedicated staff members, and esteemed partners of our university,

I sincerely and wholeheartedly congratulate you on one of the greatest and most sacred holidays of the entire Muslim world — Eid al-Fitr.

Eid al-Fitr is a celebration of kindness, compassion, generosity, and gratitude. This blessed day purifies hearts, fills souls with light, brings prosperity and abundance to homes, and instills in society a spirit of mutual care, tolerance, and unity.

Especially during these auspicious days, which have become an integral part of our national and spiritual values, such qualities as mutual respect, attentiveness, and humanism are manifested even more vividly in our country.

For the community of Bukhara State University — a center of science and enlightenment — the spiritual significance of this holiday is truly invaluable. Indeed, Eid al-Fitr plays an important role in strengthening in the hearts of young people such qualities as kindness, honesty, patience, patriotism, and dedication, contributing to their development as well-rounded, highly moral, and intellectually mature individuals.

Today, large-scale reforms are being implemented in our country to elevate the education system to a new level, enhance scientific potential, and provide comprehensive support to youth. These significant transformations serve to equip you, dear young people, with modern knowledge, a strong life position, a sense of responsibility toward the development of our Motherland, as well as initiative and competitiveness.

Dear members of our community,

Your noble and responsible work in the field of education, scientific research, and the upbringing of the younger generation deserves the highest recognition. I would especially like to emphasize that each of you makes a worthy contribution to the development, reputation, and advancement of our university.

On these bright and blessed days, I sincerely wish all of you strong health, prosperity and well-being for your families, peace and harmony in your homes, inner tranquility, joy, and great success in your lives.

May peace and stability prevail in our country, and may our sky always remain clear!
