In Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China, the 16th Shenzhen Confucian Culture Festival and the 2nd Shenzhen International Confucian Business Forum were held, featuring the Joint Conference of National New Confucian Business Groups and the Joint Conference of National Corporate Confucian Groups.
Faculty members of Bukhara State University actively participated in these prestigious events. In particular, G. S. Narzullaeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics, presented a report on:
"Confucian Values and Global Competitiveness: Sustainable Development Strategies in Women’s Entrepreneurship",
and M. X. Ashurova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Marketing and Management, spoke on:
"Aspects of the Application of Confucian Teachings in Modern Corporate Governance".
These presentations were received with great interest by the international academic community, highlighting the role of Confucian teachings in modern economics, business management, and the promotion of women’s entrepreneurship. Bukhara State University continues to steadily expand its international scientific cooperation.
