Every year, November 13 is celebrated worldwide as the day for the protection of the rights of blind people. This date once again reminds us of the uniqueness of human dignity, it is impossible — It reminds us that high results can be achieved where there is strength of will and faith.
Bukhara State University has created all necessary conditions for students with disabilities, including blind students. The university has introduced special teaching and methodical tools, opportunities to use electronic resources, and adaptive learning environments for them. Today, we can proudly say that such determined and ambitious young people are achieving high achievements in study and creativity, science and art, and are becoming an example to their peers.
Their will to live, their thirst for knowledge, and their desire to find their place in society are a source of pride and inspiration for us. We, the teachers and the whole BuxDU team, will always be shoulder to shoulder for their full potential.
This greeting‘ On this day, I sincerely congratulate all blind citizens, especially the students of Bukhara State University, who are thirsty for knowledge and inquisitive. I wish you good health, lasting inspiration and steadfast steps towards a bright future.
Your achievements — our pride, your dreams — is our duty.
Sincerely,
