The exhibition was attended by official representatives of Japanese universities, including the University of Tsukuba, Osaka University, Toyo University, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), The University of Tokyo, Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus, Kyoto University of Advanced Science, Nagoya University, international educational organizations, and the coordinator of Japanese grant and scholarship programs. They provided detailed information in the lobby of the university about study opportunities, admission requirements and educational programs at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. Also, the Uzbekistan-Japan Center, located at the base of BukhSU, participated with its exhibitions.
The opening ceremony of the event was opened by Bakhtiyor Adilov, deputy head of the governor of Bukhara region for youth policy, social development and educational affairs. Also, Hiro Iwazaki, director of the Japan Center of Uzbekistan, spoke and acknowledged the effectiveness of cooperation with Bukhara State University. “Japan Education Fair 2025” — it served as an important platform for students of Bukhara State University to study in Japan, gain international experience and open the way to new opportunities.
