Bukhara State University and the Youth Center in Bukhara City hosted the “Graduate Employment—2025” job fair for all graduates across the Bukhara region. The event featured presentations of job vacancies requiring higher education and a full-scale employment fair. Over 500 vacancies from nearly 200 organizations across the region were presented.
The job fair was actively attended by Bukhara State University leadership, including Rector Obidjon Khamidov, and many university graduates.
During the event, participants also explored entrepreneurship exhibitions and startup project showcases. In addition, diplomas were awarded to BukhSU graduates.
A special "Business Marathon" was held in collaboration with the Youth Affairs Agency, the Bukhara Regional Government, the "Youth is Our Future" Foundation, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and UzNationalBank.
At the beginning of the motivational seminar, the mayor of Bukhara, Botir Zaripov, congratulated the graduates on entering a new chapter in their lives and outlined key regional projects aimed at targeted employment.
The seminar also featured inspiring talks by Ibrohim Haydarov, head of the Karakul district “Mergantex” cotton-textile cluster; entrepreneur Mamlakat Sodiqova; and UzNationalBank regional head Obidjon Shodiev, who all highlighted the growing opportunities available to young people in the region.
