From June 24 to 26, 2025, the city of Murmansk, Russia, hosted an international robotics olympiad, where representatives from Uzbekistan participated for the first time and secured top honors.
Students and researchers from Bukhara State University demonstrated outstanding performance and achieved significant results in various categories:
Rustambek Sunnatillo o‘g‘li Safarov – 1st-year student of group 1-1ELEK-23, majoring in Electronics and Instrumentation:
Won 1st place at the All-Russian sports programming competition under the “Future Engineers” category and 3rd place in the national final stage.
Kamronbek Qobilovich Kamolov – 1st-year student of group 1-3MAT-24, Mathematics major:
Secured 2nd place in the same category.
Navruz Hakimovich Ergashev – Researcher at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Software Technologies, Bukhara State University:
Achieved 3rd place in the “Future Engineers” competition.
Notably, Navruz Ergashev also participated as an official judge at the olympiad. He was awarded a certified judging qualification by the Russian Robotics Federation and received a letter of appreciation for serving as a chief judge during the event.
