The 5th Republican Scientific-Practical Conference on the topic “HUMAN–SOCIETY–STATE: SOCIO-HISTORICAL FACTORS OF DEVELOPMENT,” dedicated to the 95th anniversary of academician Said Shermuhamedov of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and the urgent issues of today’s philosophy, was held.
The conference was attended by Jamila Shermuhammedova, an honored youth mentor of Uzbekistan, recipient of the Order of Labor Glory, deputy of the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies, member of the “Marifat” Advocates Society at the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Republic, Doctor of Philosophy, professor; Abera Huseynova, regional representative of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic in Bukhara region; Marhabo Pardayeva, head of the Bukhara regional branch of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, Doctor of Philosophy; Dilnoz Isomjonovna, rector of Bukhara Innovations University; as well as professors, lecturers, and students of our university.
Guests visiting the university were warmly welcomed with national melodies performed by students and had the opportunity to thoroughly explore an exhibition dedicated to the conference theme organized in the main foyer of Bukhara State University.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Obidjon Khamidov, Rector of Bukhara State University. Speakers also recalled and warmly honored the memory of the esteemed Said Shermuhamedov.
At the History and Law Faculty of Bukhara State University, a ceremony was held to inaugurate the “Philosophers’ Room named after Said Shermuhamedov” dedicated to the 95th anniversary of academician Said Shermuhamedov.
