At Bukhara State University, a meeting was organized with Shofirkon District mayor Alisher Abdilloyevich Fayzilloyev, university leadership, professors and teachers, as well as students and alumni from Shofirkon.
The meeting was opened by Bukhara State University’s Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation, K. Samiyev, who delivered the opening remarks. Following this, the Shofirkon hokim spoke about the broad opportunities being created for young people. He highlighted several initiatives underway in the district, including efforts to develop tourism, provision of preferential loans for youth, and various measures aimed at advancing technologies.
The meeting featured an active Q&A session. Student Aleksandra Ishaqova proposed opening a volunteer center in the district. First-year student Shakhnoza Asadova shared plans to organize psychological training sessions for children at summer camps during the holidays.
Leaders from the district’s Social Work, Employment, Youth Agency, and Public Education Departments also participated in the meeting, addressing sector-specific proposals and concerns with targeted solutions. The team led by the hokim carefully reviewed each suggestion and provided practical support.
