A special presentation ceremony was held in the Small Assembly Hall of Bukhara State University for the four-volume “Alisher Navoi Encyclopedia” as well as several notable works by Ibrohim Haqqul, including “Return to Navoi – 5,” “The Light of Reflection – 3,” and “Preface: Wisdom and Trust.” The event was jointly organized by the Department for the Development of the State Language, the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Language Development Fund, and Bukhara State University.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Shodmon Sulaymonov, Head of the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan. Speeches and presentations followed from several distinguished guests, including Akbar Rustamov, Advisor on State Language Issues to the Governor of Bukhara Region; Maqsud Asadov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature, and Folklore at the Academy of Sciences; Zebo Qobilova, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at Kokand State University; Dilshod Goyipov, Professor at Urgench State University, Doctor of Philological Sciences; Zulayho Rahmonova, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature, and Folklore; and Shahnoza Rahmonova, Junior Researcher at the same institute.
The presentation also featured speeches from Bukhara State University professors Gayrat Murodov, Nazora Bekova, Husniddin Eshonqulov, and Zilola Amonova, who shared their reflections on the published works and discussed their significance in the study of Uzbek literature and national identity.
