The team of the Bukhara State University “Faculty of Economics and Tourism” is working with entrepreneurs in the region to “Tmoderate production and service provision for business entities, develop new industries, and increase the economic potential of the region” A seminar-training was organized on the topic.
In January 2025, a seminar-training was organized by the team of the Faculty of Economics and Tourism in the Junior Hall of Bukhara State University. The seminar was actively attended by the 1st Vice-Rector of Bukhara State University, Professor Yavmutov D.Sh., Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Tourism, Professor Ibragimov N.S., Head of the Department of Economics, Professor Abdulloyev A.J. and professors and teachers of the departments, who showed their initiatives. The seminar was held under the title “Economics” The seminar was conducted by D.Sh. Yavmutov, a professor and teacher of the department and a professor with many years of experience in regional economics.
The main goal of the seminar-training is to develop entrepreneurship in the region and teach business owners financial literacy, familiarize them with tax benefits, provide guidance on obtaining preferential loans from banks, and develop mechanisms for the activities of entrepreneurial entities. The current problems in the region were identified, a roadmap was drawn up for their elimination, special attention was paid to the green economy, and the concepts of innovative economy were integrated in order to achieve economic efficiency. The seminar-training was also organized in a practical and debatable manner, drawing on experience.
At the end of the seminar-training, all questions asked by the audience were answered.
