On January 24, a forum on the topic of “Training qualified personnel and introducing international educational programs into vocational education” was held in the large conference hall of Bukhara State University.
This forum was attended by more than 400 participants from the German “AVESTOS” The forum was organized in cooperation with the GmbH company, the Institute for the Development of Professional Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Bukhara regional administration, the Guzor district polytechnic school No. 1, Bukhara State University, foreign experts, 180 employers, organizations and vocational education organizations.
The forum was opened by the Director of the Institute for the Development of Professional Education, Khudaiberdiev Zayniddin Yavkachevich. The forum was attended by First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Daliyev Shahrukh Khojakbarovich, “AVESTOS” Klaus Michel, CEO of GmbH, and Antje Strauch, Managing Director of “AVESTOS International” spoke. Antje Strauch spoke on the topic “Presentation of the stages of the implementation of the transfer of educational programs”.
Also, Susan Strauch, Project Manager of “AVESTOS” GmbH in Uzbekistan, Vietnam and China, spoke on “Advanced training of teachers of the vocational education system according to German and international standards” The report was heard.
At this forum, presentations were made by heads of employer enterprises and organizations, as well as by entrepreneurs on improving the qualifications of teachers of the vocational education system according to German and international standards, as well as on improving their qualifications in Germany. In addition, more than 20 cooperation agreements were signed within the framework of the forum between technical schools of the Bukhara region and employer enterprises to organize dual education and production practice. The work carried out jointly with the German company “AVESTOS” GmbH was analyzed and opportunities for further expansion of cooperation were discussed.
