In order to get acquainted with the activities of Bukhara State University, the rector of the University of Malaya, Malaysia, Dato' Seri Ir. Dr. Noor Azuan Bin Abu Osman visited our university. The guest was welcomed by the rector of our university, Obidjon Khafizovich, and the university administration. Professor Dato' Seri Ir. Dr. Noor Azuan Bin Abu Osman got acquainted with the opportunities of our university in order to strengthen inter-university cooperation.

The rector of the University of Malaya, Dato' Seri Ir. Dr. Noor Azuan Bin Abu Osman and BukSU Rector Obidjon Khafizovich discussed cooperation issues. In particular, cooperation in the fields of business, medicine, mathematics, digital technologies, tourism and artificial intelligence was expanded. Broad opportunities for joint cooperation were considered. Master's and PhD programs in artificial intelligence and management were discussed. Also, during the meeting, joint centers and cooperation plans for artificial intelligence and digital development, broad opportunities for joint cooperation in areas of strength of both universities were discussed.
During the visit, the BukSU Office Registrar Center, Robotics Center, and BukSU Museum were closely acquainted with the activities.
The University of Malaya is the first university established in Malaya on October 8, 1949. Today, the university collaborates with renowned research institutes and universities around the world.
