2. Purchasing and installing the necessary technical equipment to provide the building with an internet communication system;
3. Purchasing the necessary household goods for the common areas of the building;
4. Washing the building's external facades and windows and external railings;
5. Purchase of 15 awnings for the entrances of the building;
6. Service of decorating the halls of the building with Fomex and arakal stands with a total area of 450 m2;
7. Service of decorating the windows of the common rooms of the building with fabric arakal;
8. Purchase of necessary equipment for the common rooms of the building and the registration room;
9. Purchase of annual flower beds, ornamental trees, various types of flowers for the interior of the building, and equipment necessary for landscaping works in order to beautify the land around the building;
