Yesterday, a graduation ceremony was held for the first graduates of the joint bachelor's programs "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" and "Informatics and Information Technology", organized in cooperation with Bukhara State University and one of the leading institutions in Israel, the Holon Institute of Technology (Israel).
In the 2019-2020 academic year, the first students were accepted, in the 2020-2021 academic year, the second students were accepted, and in the 2023-2024 academic year, students will graduate from the partner university.
The diploma awarding ceremony was held at the Holon Institute of Technology, and was attended by graduates and HIT Institute President Prof. Eduard Yakubov, Director General Mr. Shmuel Goldberg, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Israel Jahongir Davlatovich Aminov, and the Institute's Chief Coordinator for Cooperation with Eurasian Countries Ms. Toni Levi. Also, family members of the graduates, BukSU Rector Prof. Khamidov Obidjon Khafizovich, Baku National University Rector Prof. Elchin Babayev, and representatives of Bukhara State University participated in the event via the Zoom platform and congratulated the graduates on their achievements.
The graduates were ceremoniously awarded diplomas from the Holon Institute of Technology.
