With a history of almost a century (94 years), Bukhara State University is one of the most advanced educational institutions in our Republic. This year, it is among the top five higher education institutions in our country in terms of the number of students admitted.
The Gijduvan branch of this higher education institution also plays a significant role in this. The new academic year was started yesterday at the Bukhara State University correspondence education branch, which was opened in the village of S.Aini, who introduced his village to the world with his colorful creativity.
The event organized on this occasion was attended by professors and teachers of the university, heads of departments, villagers, elderly teachers, activists of the district branch of the Nuroniylar Foundation, parents of students, and the general public. The event was hosted by Shavkat Ochilov, a well-known artist, high-class speaker, author of many projects in the field of art and theater, and psychologist.
Speaking at the event, BukSU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Rustam Jumayev emphasized that the Gijduvon branch of the university (headed by Sh. Gaybullayev) also made a great contribution to the achievements of the university. The event was decorated with melodies and songs performed by our beloved artists Yorqin Makhmudov and Shavkat Ochilov, as well as students.
