Along with the extensive reforms being carried out in our republic, fundamental changes are also being implemented in the education sector. Work is being carried out intensively to increase the level of coverage of higher education, to train highly qualified, creative and systematic thinking personnel, capable of making independent decisions based on international standards, to create the necessary conditions for their manifestation of intellectual abilities and formation as spiritually mature individuals.
As a result of the reforms being carried out in the field of personnel training in our republic, today Bukhara State University, in cooperation with 4 foreign higher education institutions, is training personnel in 5 educational programs (2 bachelor's, 3 master's) The uniqueness of these educational programs is that the partner higher education institutions occupy high positions in the “TOP-1000” world rankings and in their respective fields.

Students studying in these programs are taught by professors and teachers from partner universities. In addition, opportunities were created for students to study and do internships at Partner Universities.
On this occasion, a diploma ceremony was held for 58 graduates who successfully completed joint educational programs with foreign universities. It was attended by heads and managers of regional organizations and partner enterprises. The diploma ceremony began with the national anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was opened by the rector of BukSU, Obidjon Khamidov, with a welcoming speech.
