At Bukhara State University in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as with the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany) (Times-2023 in group 251-300, QS-2024 464th, 201st place in ARWU ranking, 241st place in the ARWU ranking), Kazan Federal University, with the University of Turkey Inönü organized a summer school “Problems of modern philology - 2024”. Based on the results of the interview, 7 foreign students (Dilek Ece; Dominik Lukas, Fränzel Lejla-Sophia, Reçber Aycan, Saraç Seval, Sinmez Abrek Bera, Spratte Jonathan) and 3 professors (Julian Rentzsch, Petr Kucera, Mingazova Lyayla Ixsanovna) were accepted into the summer school and began their research activities at the university. Based on the approved summer school program, participants will learn about Turkish manuscripts created in Central Asia, Uzbek national folklore and the history of pottery, the formation and development of the foundations of computer linguistics, the language and style of Mashrab’s works, the history of the founder of the Timurid dynasty, the great commander Sahibkiron Amir Temur.
