The opening ceremony of the forum of rectors of higher education institutions providing tourism education has begun at Bukhara State University.
It has 11 universities - Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Bukhara State University, National University of Uzbekistan, Singapore Management Development Institute in Tashkent, Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent State Transport University, Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages, Rectors, vice-rectors, experts in the field of tourism are participating in the Samarkand Institute of Economy and Service, Urganch State University, "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
This solidarity forum is to unify efforts within the framework of the implementation of the tasks defined in the decision of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on April 26 of this year "On the rapid development of the tourism potential of the Republic and additional measures to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourists", aims to share the achieved results, exchange ideas on issues such as scientific research in the field of tourism, professor-teacher and student exchange, and to organize a permanent discussion platform for this purpose.
