The delegation was met by the director of the Nilhanim Foundation and other officials. During the visit, the delegation got acquainted with the preservation, restoration and digitization of rare manuscripts stored in this fund. The delegation of the Bukhara State University reached an agreement to study the experience of the RAM Manuscript Fund, to send specialists in restoration and digitization for training, and to organize an exhibition of the RAM Manuscript Fund in Bukhara. Issues of practical cooperation on the preservation and restoration of existing manuscripts in Bukhara were discussed, proposals and recommendations were put forward. The Rami Library is located in the Ayub Sultan district of Istanbul, in the former Rami barracks built in the 18th century. After renovation, construction and restoration based on the original structure and materials, the Rami Library has become the "biggest library in Istanbul" and one of the few leading libraries with unique features in Europe.
