In his presentation, Obidjon Khamidov spoke about innovations implemented in the field of higher education in Uzbekistan, about foreign technologies that serve to improve the education system. Also, BuhSU has created joint educational programs in cooperation with more than 100 foreign universities, including from the USA, Germany, Russia, Belarus, the Netherlands, Israel, Italy, Finland, France, the Republic of Korea, etc. Over the past 5-6 years, the basic salary of the university's teaching staff has increased by an average of 4 times. Currently, 37 higher educational institutions of the republic, including Bukhara State University, have academic and financial independence. These universities can independently determine their policies to ensure financial stability, strengthen the material and technical base, and approve admission parameters on a fee basis. They also independently develop and approve curricula and programs.
