Today Bukhara State University was visited by the Director General of the Krems University of Applied Sciences of Austria Karl Ensfelner and the President of the University Mag Boyer Heinz.
BukhSU Rector Obidjon Khamidov welcomed the guests and signed an agreement on cooperation between the two universities in the presence of active students and teachers of the university in the small meeting room.
Now, Bukhara State University and Krems University of Applied Sciences cooperate on the development and implementation of IMC-transnational programs, the organization and execution of student exchanges, the development of collaborative research projects, the exchange of research and teaching personnel, the exchange of publications and other materials of common interest
Also during the visit, the guests got acquainted with the activities of the joint educational program and with the activities of the Japan Center. At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with memorable gifts.
For reference: IMC University Krems is one of the most prestigious universities in Austria and was founded in 1994 as a private international business school. In 2002, the Austrian government officially named it the Austrian University of Applied Sciences. The employment rate of graduates is 98 percent.
The university has 3 institutes (business management, health care and biotechnology) in 27 areas.
