The purpose of the innovative group of chemistry and technology of composite materials: Obtaining composite materials based on local raw materials (polymers), conducting research in the field of chemistry, widespread use of achievements in the economy and the use of composite materials in all sectors of the economy. To solve problems such as increasing soil fertility with the help of composite hydrogels, to constantly review the world achievements and experience in these areas and to explore other new areas, as well as to conduct scientific research in these areas.
